MBC is an independent, nonprofit youth baseball organization looking forward and aiming to give young players, and their parents, access to dedicated and advanced baseball training, at a reasonable price. 

We are based on very strong foundations, highly inspired by good values, principles, fundamentals, sportsmanship, and true maximum effort to achieve our goals. Our players will feel and truly belong to the MBC family and will treat all other players and their families as such. 

We honestly believe and truly understand that, for them to be successful, they need to not only know how to play the game, but also how to win. They will assimilate and learn from losses as a team, and what their individual role is in helping their team achieve its overall goals. 

It is our prerogative to instill in our players the need to succeed beyond baseball. We strive to teach and coach them to become leaders and excel in the professional world. We coach them how to face adversity and how hard work really does pay off. Alongside, we also focus on their development as baseball players, nurturing their abilities, making sure they stay engaged in the sport and play to the best of their potential and desire.
